Just finished this delicious Black Bean and Corn Vegetable Wrap created by Cindy Silver of Market Basket Nutrition. I accidentally used lemon instead of lime (long story). Anyway, you can't tell in the video and it actually tastes great!

Ingredients:
Kid Friendly Tasks (Be sure to make sure they are age appropriate!)
Use it as a mid-day energy booster or add a side of veggies and hummus, some seasonal fruit and sunflowers or almonds to make it a healthy meal!
- Soft tortilla wrap
- Shredded Lettuce
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Black Beans
- Corn
- Cilantro or other favorite herby flavor
- Lime Juice
- Chopped Onions

- Shred Lettuce
- Dice Tomatoes
- Measure ingredients
- Roll Wrap
